I have always bragged on Prisma. I had to bring my 69 year old husband to ER. At first I was very up set about the 24 hr wait (Total 30 hrs YES 30 HR). And the lack of nurses but after getting into a back room we realize just how overwhelmed and tired all of those hard working professionals. Jesse our nurse was absolutely wonderful!! I have always bragged on Prisma but after today I would give them negative 5 if I could. I had to bring my 69 year old husband to the ER for chest pain ( he has a pacemaker/ defibrillator) and had fell and hurt his foot to the point he can not stand on his on. As of right now We have been sitting here for 8 hours in the waiting room. They have taken blood 2 times, why I'm not sure since we haven't even seen a doctor. Sure would be nice if they cared whether you live or died. My blood pressure was classified as hypertension stage 2 and the woman who took my vitals told me that it was in the normal range. I didn’t know until a day later when I looked into it. Not to mention that they refused to scan me to find out what’s wrong with me and why I have vertigo. Especially seeing how many reasons are classified as being life threatening. They much rather send you out the door with a prescription for the symptoms and not the cause. 0/10 would n... read more
This emergency room is a joke I was there with my son we sat in the waiting room for 3hrs he was there because he had a kidney stone and was in severe pain it was so many people in the waiting room it was hardly any seats people had to stand they had a line all the way out the door just to get signed in.
