I had high hopes after my first visit. The doctor was very thorough and seemed genuinely concerned about my health and finding out what was going on with me. Everything went downhill after that. He wouldn't return my calls. Message after message and finally after 9 days. I finally got a message back. This was concerning a major issue. Don't try to call the office...not gonna happen. I've been trying to get mental health care and I never get a call back regarding it, it's ridiculous. You're better off leaving Winnsboro if you want good health care
Before today I would have posted this. On the phone with the front desk . She didn't realize she had not disconnected with me . To say the least she andi quote "I meaning her don't ever want to take a call from her again meaning me. That I had burned my bridges. All this time I am listening to her finely I said I am still on the phone. SMH. Of course she stated she was talking about another patience like that made a difference. I am not done I am so upset.
Rarely a good experience and never seem willing to help ***Months after writing my initial review ive been waiting 4 days for them to refill a precriprion. Its sad theyre this bad.
