Was referred by pediatrician and without getting any notification, called the clinic to find out where we were in the referral process, and was told the office declined to see my kid - handle through EI and other methods. These places don't take the time to try to learn what's going on. My child is being handled through EI who agrees there are red flags for ADHD along with all of my kid's circle of caregivers. I called to get a new packet because we lost ours and the lady on the phone refused to help me get a new one and was incredibly rude and talked to me like I was stupid. I've never had a customer service person talk to me like that and it was extra frustrating since I am trying to get a replacement of something to help my child. Absolutely horrible experience, incredibly disappointing.
