Appointment was at 2pm wasn't seen until 2:40pm. If your late by 15 minutes it's a cancelation and a fee but it's ok for them to be late repeatedly. They will not listen to parents and refuse any family information about medication management. Today wil be my child's last day with this office. His PCP can and does do better for his treatment. Don't trap yourself and child with this place.
Amazing psychiatrists, incompetent office staff that lie repeatedly instead of owning up to a simple mistake. I have never seen an office ran this way and by the looks of the other reviews, it’s an ongoing problem. For this to be a mental health office for children, the lack of knowledge about mental health and lack of sensitivity about mental health is alarming. Prisma needs to investigate this office. They should be ashamed of the lack of patient advocacy their office staff has. Extremely rude office manager who has trained her staff to act high and mighty while she does the same. She should be fired and office staff retrained. When 75% of the reviews for this office is how they kick out vulnerable patients for the most asinine reasons that they then embellish and lie about when they are complained against, investigate them Prisma!!!

This practice suck. They don't care what parents have to say. They like to accuse and make assumptions that are false and will drop you from the practice in a heart beat. Don't care about the kids only what they think since they are the doctor. I do not recommend
