Wonderful staff here . I’ve always felt they are knowledgeable and caring . They do ensure that you understand the ins and outs of diagnosis and treatment . Only thing I will warn you is do not buy compression hose here. They will not give you a code that your insurance needs to reimburse you. They did not tell me this and so the 154.00 was not reimbursed as previous times I bought elsewhere . 🥴
While in the waiting room during my sister’s Lazer vein procedure, there were several Spanish speaking patients receiving instructions via a translator. Ryan, the office check out assistant, was very patient and courteous in assuring they had the correct information prior to leaving. This occurred several times under her watch. Ryan definitely understands the importance of clear communication. Great to have her on this team!
Dr Patel works in this building for Adult Cardio and is the best! I strongly recommend her practice. She is always so kind, make me feel like a person instead of a number. She listens to your concerns and has meaningful conversations about options. I wish I could have her as my primary care doctor too! Her assistant is very nice as well, she gets straight to the point which I appreciate and doesn’t beat around the bush. Some may take that as rude but I consider that a plus since time is precious. The doctor was great and the nurse. However, I have been waiting months for follow up care and they keep r/s last minute, and giving me times I am not available:( Unfortunately forcing my hand to go elsewhere for care
