I had a great experience. Not sure if the receptionist is new but everyone was friendly and helpful.

Appointment at 1pm. Arrived here at 12:50. Now, it’s already 1:26 and I wasn’t called yet. I just sneak out from work and asked to use my lunch break to come here. I approached the asian receptionist if how much more time to wait. She responded me with “TIME FOR WHAT??!?!?!?!” You should be friendly with your clients. I also work as a medical receptionist but I don’t treat our clients like that. The other receptionist is very apologetic since she knew it’s her mistake.
The staff are competent, helpful, and pleasant. They have a number of supplementary services, such as a pharmacy, and bloodwork in the building, which is great. What they seem to struggle with, however, are the basics. Last February they stopped answering their phones, ostensibly due to staff shortages. In the meantime they've also stopped taking online bookings. More than a year later, despite now having multiple front-desk staff members, they still don't have an inbound phone number.
