Very easy to make an appointment and got one quickly. They were very friendly and good with my son who I had to take with me. Will be back next year!

They called me for follow-up ultrasound after a mammogram. The lady wasn't interested in my questions. She thought she had hung up the phone but she had not. I heard her speaking in a derogatory manner about me to another person. Then speaking about other patients. I tried to report it but no one knows to whom it should be reported. Prisma is not a patient friendly health care center.
