I am going to lead with the positives of my visit today: the receptionist staff member who helped me was very kind and the nurse that spoke with me at the beginning of my appointment was very caring and empathetic. Now the harsh truth: Kaci Wagler, the NP I saw today, was incredibly dismissive of my symptoms. First time visiting this off. The staff was kind and efficient and the office was clean. Dr. Toutenel was very professional and welcoming. She was a very good listener and took time to explore the procedures. I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend Dr. Toutenel.

I can’t say enough good things about Blue Ridge Women’s Center. I remember calling them to schedule my first appointment when I found out I was pregnant. From that appointment on, I was met with such kindness and authenticity from everyone I met no matter if it was the girls at the front desks, the nurses, the techs, the doctors. My last trimester was pretty wild with high blood pressure and gestational diabetes so the last weeks I was in this office every week checking on baby girl.
