They’re Racist! Went there in 2020 for the birth of my second child tested positive for weed ONCE and when I went in to give birth they had dss come to my room! I have a yt friend that tested positive for weed her entire pregnancy. Do you think they had dss come to her room after she gave birth? No!! I’m on my third child now and fortunately I stopped smoking but I’ll never go back there or recommend them to any one of color! Trust I’m not the only one that has dealt with this at this center!
I am going to lead with the positives of my visit today: the receptionist staff member who helped me was very kind and the nurse that spoke with me at the beginning of my appointment was very caring and empathetic. Now the harsh truth: Kaci Wagler, the NP I saw today, was incredibly dismissive of my symptoms. Kaci Wagler is very sweet and compassionate. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She has truly been a blessing to me and I thank you Kaci for all your support.
First time visiting this off. The staff was kind and efficient and the office was clean. Dr. Toutenel was very professional and welcoming. She was a very good listener and took time to explore the procedures. I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend Dr. Toutenel.
