We have been bringing our disabled adult son to Easley Baptist Prisma lab for years. Since I work for Prisma. A Labcorp employee who was there today treated him like a second class citizen. Horrible customer service and experience for us. The employee needs a different line of work that does not entail working with people or even Animals for that matter.
Absolutely horrible front desk service employees. They were so rude and acted like my husband was dumb for following the instructions we got from our Pediatrician. Made disparaging comments about him right in front of him and others to hear. Very unprofessional. And horrible representation of Prisma.
Lab is the worst. Staff is rude. Staff sitting on phone while patients sit in waiting room for almost an hour. Go to another lab if possible, rather than this lab
