I mean it's the emergency room, the staff was very friendly and calming even though I felt like crud and was freaking out
I took my mother to the emergency room yesterday after she had a fall. The medical staff and doctors were very kind and very thorough in checking for injuries. I was very appreciative of the care and attention she received.
Was treated very poorly by the ER doctor, had to go to a different hospital due to the doctors negligence and how rude him and his team were . If I wouldn’t have went somewhere else I wouldn’t have received the care or antibiotics that I needed, treatment was poor, attitudes were terrible, and was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hospital .
Update: previously 5 stars. Back to crap. Slow unorganized, lazy, and gross. If I thought i could make it i would've went to greenville. Watched a dozen people walk in and go straight back. Change of shift is understandable. But coming in immediately being dismissive to the patients especially waiting for hours is insane. Placing people in dirty uncleaned rooms with urine and blood collection tubes laying on a tray is gross. Trash cans overflowing. People half naked in hallways. No sense of respect or decency.
