I've visited this place several times and each of the staff members is very nice. They make sure you are comfortable and also engage in friendly conversation. I gave 4 stars due to the lack of empathy and compassion. I received word that a family member passed away so I called on July 3rd to see if there was any way that I could get seen at an earlier time. The woman who answered the phone seemed rushed.
