So I had an infusion at my neurologist at Patewood then had to come here for my last appointment. What a difference. At Patewood it was relaxing, skilled nurse did my IV quick and relatively painless for an IV anyways. So I was surprised and less than thrilled when I came for my infusion here and had to be poked 3x!! And this is with me having amazing veins. If I didn't need it I would have left. I've visited this place several times and each of the staff members is very nice. They make sure you are comfortable and also engage in friendly conversation. I gave 4 stars due to the lack of empathy and compassion. I received word that a family member passed away so I called on July 3rd to see if there was any way that I could get seen at an earlier time. The woman who answered the phone seemed rushed.
