On behalf of Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut, I ordered patient education pamphlets in 2016. I received 910.09 worth of booklets. However, it appears as if my credit card did not accept the charges. I was called 1 YEAR AFTER THE ORDER, I WAS THREATENED WITH A COLLECTION AGENCY 2 YEARS AFTER.
