Yara is amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. I usually get nervous about dental appointments, but Yara’s friendly attitude and calming presence really made a difference. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Thank you Yara and Dr Valerie , for making my visit such a positive experience!

Excellent service & great staff! I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years now & have had nothing but the best experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable & friendly. Also, loving the new location with all the natural lighting, makes for a warm & cozy atmosphere.
I had a great experience with Mary, my dental hygienist! She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain each step—just like Dr. Chiasson does during my exams, which I really appreciate. She made sure I was comfortable and on the same page before proceeding, which put me at ease. On top of that, she was professional, funny, and made the whole visit surprisingly enjoyable. Thank you, Mary!
I was going to be a new patient here but I had to cancel my first appointment due to being called into work. When I called back to reschedule, I was told I was not wanted as a patient because I had no given 48hrs notice, only 24. Unfortunately, in my line of work I seldom get that kind of advance notice. Very unfortunate. I will make sure my friends and colleagues are aware of the unwillingness to work with people and the disinterest of providing any solutions. Extremely poor client care.
