Came back for a second tooth cleaning for my girl Winifred. Loved Dr To, very knowledgeable and instilled a lot of confidence that my fur baby would be in great hands. Both Dr To and the staff of the office were very communicative throughout the day, letting me know when my girl would be going for her cleaning/extraction, when it was done, and how she was recovering. Dr. Ford and the Prism team goes above and beyond to provide the highest level of care. My dog had an unique dental case and it was approached with top-notch professionalism, skill, creativity, artistry, and dedication. The before, during, and after oral surgery care were all carefully thought-out, and the results were achieved to perfection! Prism will be my trusted go-to for all of my baby's dental needs! :)

We were referred to Dr. Ford by our primary vet for our rescue dog, who unfortunately never had a dental and has significant issues. Julie took such wonderful care of our pup. She was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate, which immediately put me at ease. When Dr. Ford came in, he reassured me that we were in the right place. It has taken me nearly a year to write this review because I wanted to do so with a clear head and without emotion. 48 hours after what was supposed to be a routine procedure at this practice, our seemingly healthy 6 year old dog unexpectedly passed away. Prior to the procedure, his bloodwork was normal and the biopsy that had been performed came back benign.
