PLEASE do not trust Prism with your pet’s care. I beg every pet owner to take five minutes to read my review and avoid the grief I experienced after chosing Dr. Ada To and Prism to care for my pet. In June, I lost my 2.5 year old cat after subpar care by Dr. Ada To and the Prism team. My cat (Fatan) was a challenging case, she had underlying risk factors that made going under anesthesia for dental work a major procedure, including living on the street for her early life.
