Very pleasant and took care of business
While I successfully bought my first house through this lender, it seemed like Leigha took advantage of me as a first time home buyer. Through the pre-approval process, they did not want to commit to a rate estimate and they assured me that their rates were competitive, meanwhile, other lenders had no issue with giving estimates. By the time my house offer was accepted, they gave me an insultingly high rate.
