I treated myself to a 90 minute massage with Elijah at Prism Therapy, not expecting it to be the best massage I've ever had. Before the massage we had a brief exchange regarding areas I wanted to work on and any areas that should be avoided. I'm glad Elijah asked, but really, he didn't need to because he truly listens to your body and eases you into any sore area or trigger point. I literally cannot live without Eli’s bodywork! It’s not just a regular massage, it’s pain management & a total nervous system reset. His knowledge of the body and how it functions is top tier. Really gets to the root of your issue for lasting pain relief. Plus he’s the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Highly recommend! 10/10
