Kristen and Danielle cleaned patched up and revitalized 4 oil paintings done by my father-in-law in 1930. They did a fantastic job! Huge improvement, they are professional, talented and great communicators!

Absolutely horrendous service. This was not simply poor execution, this was a personal offense. They destroyed half my clothes because they are too stupid to realize that suits, dress clothes, etc need to be dry cleaned, not just thrown in a washer. Thank God we did not let these people touch our fur or leather. Not only did they destroy my suits, they acknowledged upon returning them that they we're mishandled. My experience with Prizm Specialty was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was falsely told that I “stopped services,” which is not true. I declined textile cleaning due to personal health reasons, but I clearly requested that all textiles be documented for insurance reimbursement. That distinction was ignored and misrepresented. I was in need of a paper conservator to remove some very old orange tape glue from a comic. I would highly recommend Prism to anybody for art conservation or framing.
