Excellent restoration and framing.
We have two paintings by Austrian painters from the 1930's. The town painting was so dull that you could not make out the details of the buildings. The frame was in bad shape and truly never fit the painting. The folks at Prism removed the old varnish, cleaned the painting and applied a new coat of varnish. They also reframed the piece. Excellent workmanship! We thought our treasured pieces could not possibly be repaired. They were old and fragile, one of wood and one of porcelain. We took a chance and called Prism, so happy we did. The results made our pieces look like new, no sign of the repaired damage. It was a timely turnaround and well worth the cost given the expertise required for the repair. Highly recommend.
We brought in an oil painting that had been damaged and was scratched and had lost some paint. The initial repair was good, not great. The staff asked to redo the repair - and did. The final product was excellent. This is a professional company that takes great pride in their work and will meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
Amazing work! A silverfish died in between The glass and the actual canvas of one of my posters, destroying a part of the paint. I brought it into them, and they were able to fix it in about a week and a half. Couldn’t tell at all where the scuff mark was. Bringing it back to its former glory! The people there are very kind and informative of what they do want their processes. Highly recommend them and worth every penny.
