My partner and I worked with Bruce and Lee after a house flood in June 2025. Our insurer, USAA, referred us to Prism Specialties to repair a family art piece that had been exposed to water and severe degradation. I truly believed it was unsalvageable, but once the piece was in Bruce’s hands, the entire process was smooth sailing. My sister had a house fire causing a tremendous amount of overall damage to her home. She had to move out for about nine months. She has quite a number of art items that were entrusted to Bruce and his team to restore, clean, and care for while her house was renovated. She treasures all of her artwork, and some of it was actually painted by her and by her late husband. To her, it is all priceless. Marissa and Howard were top notch professionals. My antique Malcolm Gearing art had a big dent and signs of wear with a warped frame. They somehow eased out the dent and then reframed it beautifully. Thrilled and delighted.
