I have been seeing Cassie for a little over a year now & my hair has been completely transformed. I'm complimented everywhere I go. Cass did a great job with my hair, and it’s not even completely done yet! She is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. She took the time to explain the process and answer every question I had. Can’t wait til my next appointment!
SHE EATS DOWN EVERY TIME. I have been coming to Cass for about 5 years and she is the only one trusted with my hair. Everyone I recommend to her has a great experience. She is so easy to work with and flexible.
THE BEST!!! I love my hair so much. She got the color exactly the way I wanted; she really listened to what I was going for. I will start off by saying it takes A LOT for me to write a bad review, however I’ve reached my limit and now I need to speak up. I’m extremely disappointed in Cassie and her lack of service. I feel straight disrespected at this point. I have been going to Cassie for just over a year. I get my hair done about once every 3 months, so that would be about 4-5 times that I have scheduled with her. She has cancelled on me in under 24 hours 3 times now. 3/4 or 3/5 times is absurd.
