Cass stood us up. She didn't even call or text! We should have researched her before we scheduled her. According to reviews she has stood up brides on their wedding day in the past....I guess my hair will not be nice for graduation, thanks Cass!! NOW we don't have time to schedule someone else before graduation, your the BEST!!! Even if you were sick you could have texted, called or sent a carrier pigeon... we sat there for 40 min and you couldn't be bothered. wow
Cass absolutely SAVED MY HAIR and my confidence. I had gone to a different salon the day prior, and they botched my hair so badly that I left in tears. I made an appointment less than 12 hours beforehand, and she was soooo sweet about it. Not only did she give me a break on the price because I had already spent a ton of money at the previous salon, she meticulously painted my hair for 5 hours until it was perfect.
