RUN AWAY!!! I signed a lease with this company for a new commercial space for 2 years and they did nothing to make the space ready for my business. The last tenant left all his belongings, 1/2" of saw dust everywhere, health violations, fire violations, electrical violations, and a nasty gross presence for a new long term renter to walk into.
