Editing this review. Initially, there were some major communication issues that resulted in a cancellation fee I didn't feel was fair, given how much I had reached out. While the phone call regarding the issue didn't go so great, it was corrected very quickly once staff caught wind of it in full detail. Recently, now quite a bit out from the incident, Jen reached out to further follow-up in regards to what happened. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Extremely disappointed with this place, truly. My biggest gripe is that they will gladly charge you for a cancellation while having inconsistent policies, which this wouldn't be such a big deal if they weren't IMPOSSIBLE to reach besides their portal—which I didn't even get a response on. They were quick to return my call and take my information for the initial intake though—even quicker to charge my card today. Easy to set up appts, my psychiatrist is very knowledgeable and kind. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.
The best experience I have had with a psychiatrist. The environment was safe and comfortable. I saw Kristin and she was thorough and exactly what I needed. She really cares and listens.
Dropped My care due to a total of 3 missed appointments.
