My biggest gripe is that they will gladly charge you for a cancellation while having inconsistent policies, which this wouldn't be such a big deal if they weren't IMPOSSIBLE to reach besides their portal—which I didn't even get a response on. They were quick to return my call and take my information for the initial intake though—even quicker to charge my card today. Easy to set up appts, my psychiatrist is very knowledgeable and kind. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.
The best experience I have had with a psychiatrist. The environment was safe and comfortable. I saw Kristin and she was thorough and exactly what I needed. She really cares and listens.

I have nothing but good things to say! The environment is very comfortable and makes you feel safe. Lighting is nice and calm and the space is clean and cozy. Derek at the front desk is so nice and very easy to talk to and make appts and get things taken care of. Communication is big here and makes things so nice.
