So, I felt like I was not getting the care I needed at my old Primary care doctor. And I decide to try out Prism Primary care, in Alma, after my psychiatrist suggested it. I got placed with Kristina Hug. When I met her she reassured me, that here, I would finally get the care I needed for my heart and so forth. the business office is very unprofessional. they misplace paper work all the time but never take responsibility for it. constantly billing insurance incorrectly abn when you call them out in it they dont listen. had to call my insurance company recently to get to the bottom of a bill and was told" well they dont know what they are doing obviously". thats pretty sad coming from an insurance company. but unfortunately i hear this all the time from patients and other healthcare workers in the area.

The receptionist I spoke to on the phone today had a bit of an off-putting attitude. She had a rude tone of voice. If you do not like answering phones and talking with patients, you should not be a receptionist. I will not be visiting the Alma office.
