Hiring manager is a liability to the company who pays female employees less than temps and reportedly has an "initiation" where he tries to make people cry. Do not, under any circumstances, work for them if you're autistic, gay, transgender, or anything other than a straight white male. You're going to have a terrible time. Also removed the ability to listen to music.
Employees are encouraged by management to violate the Disability Discrimination Act, as well as create hostile work environments for disabled coworkers.
