Truthfully, I'd rate a zero! Order was placed. Should have received the medically necessary item the end of June. I desperately waited for the item to arrive...to no avail. I called on July 9th and was told the item had been ready since June 26th and they couldn't figure out why it hadn't shipped. It was just sitting there waiting to be shipped. I'm responding to a bill That just came in my mailbox today. My Husband MATTHEW J. MILLER passed AWAY ON APRIL 19TH. -2026. I feel so that I shouldn't have to pay this bill.
I would give a ZERO rating if I could. This company IS NOT patient focused. My family is dealing with ongoing wound care due to cancer. We should not have to continually follow up with the company to inquire where an order is or why all the supplies were not provided as ordered. Nor should we have received a call from a customer service rep after an order was placed where the rep wanted to know if we were ever going to order our suppiles.
