My dr ordered a boot for my injured foot and here it has been 1 full week and still have not received it.When I spoke with their team the lady was rushing through and not very informative but operated more like a number instead of a person. Like my foot has gotten worse and the pressure and weight has caused more damage and they are not getting peoples supplies to them in a timely fashion.It was my first order but for sure my last.It will drive where I need to before using this company. I received my 1st shipment of wound care products on 09/23/2025. My referring physician (name available upon request) requested refills for dressing pads with adhesive. My second shipment arrived around 10/25/2025. It contained rolled gauze. Paperwork indicated that some items were not shipped. This is an update: finally got my first sleeve, and was refunded the cost, but now its time to reorder. I have a sleeve that has been sitting on my porch for a week and a half, waiting for them to pick it up (last week!), cause they sent the wrong one again. I don't really care that they dont pick it up, I just don't want to be charged. Also, have not gotten my gloves or gauntlet from the same order almost a month ago.
