This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had at a medical office, I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up the office was empty, no one was there to let me in. Nobody was there to pick up the phone. After spending over an hour commuting to the office I had to leave, only to be notified over an hour later that they had made a mistake in scheduling my appointment and asked me to come in again. Don’t worry about getting lost, the building is right across from Rush, you have to press on the little doorbell to have someone open the door for you. I am someone who almost always faint when they draw blood, but Vaishali was excellent with the needle I barely felt it! If you’re someone like me trust me you’re in good care at Prism Lab. Such kind and friendly team!
I called and emailed over 10 times to follow up over a month after submitting the test kit. All emails ignored, and they only answered the phone once in which I was told their lab was down and had no visibility of when this would be up and running. No follow up, no refund as requested. This appears to be a cowboy outfit, do not use.
