Terrible experience here with extensions quoted one price at the counter and then double the price I was also taken very late my appointment was at 2 o'clock, but they took me very late because of a class they said, but they still wanted me to pay for a 2 o'clock appointment they charge hourly at this place. Brittany did an amazing job managing my thick hair and gray blending!! She made me feel refreshed and polished!! Plus we had a blast chatting!!
I brought my 15-year-old daughter in for a color consultation and left disappointed in how it was handled. My daughter is autistic, and I attend her appointments with her. During the consultation, the stylist told her directly that I shouldn't be so worried about her hair because she was old enough to make her own decisions.
