I always love my experience with Shannon! She’s highly skilled and understands what I’m asking for, even when I don’t know the technical terms for things. I’ve seen her consistently over the last 3+ years and always leave happy with my hair.

Everything about PRISM is top notch. Shannon listens to me if I bring any concerns about my hair and is so knowledgeable and can answer any question with ease. She also listens when I share my style ideas and I feel like she really has my best intentions at heart. The color she does is incredible, too, and I walk out of the salon with an extra bounce in my step and feeling more like myself.
