The ladies at reception are very arrogant. No smile , no greeting, waited 15 mins before she stop stairing the computer screen and noticed the growing line at reception. The tech treated was extra ordinary rude, acted that someone disturbed his hiness and he was giving favor by see us. The environment is dirty, poorly lit smelly and washroom out of order. My advice is to run away from this place As Soon as you can there are a lot of good places then this one..
Honestly is not bad place.it was clean and Nice ladies working there.i was there today Less then hour.
waiting time is too long .less information on desk ,does not know how to deal with Ontario assistant patients .or by birth defect patinets
Terrible staff there so rude there have no sense of understanding and or empathy . Much rather prefer Erin mills location so much better.
