Extremely Poor Experience at Prism Eye Institute – Brampton I had a terrible experience at this clinic. They cancel appointments without notifying you, which is extremely unprofessional. Even if your appointment is scheduled (mine was for 9:30 AM), expect to wait 2+ hours before the doctor even arrives. They book 20+ patients for the same time slot, resulting in long delays and a chaotic waiting area. The actual appointment lasted barely 2 minutes, after waiting nearly 3 hours.
