My first time here and everything went very well & fast! My appointment was at 4.30, i came in at 4.25, filled some forms in. At 4.33 i already completed necessary tests and was ready for the doctor to see me. At 5.01 i was ordering contacts. Super fast and professional, all ladies are nice and patient. And it took 2-3 days for my order to arrive!
i saw dr marmur and the experience was beyond amazing. all my questions and concerns were addressed and there was no BS which i greatly appreciated. They have my business for life.
Dr. Marmur and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt taken care of and well informed during my visit. When a different version of a billing form was needed, they were able to print it out and get me squared away.
Very bad service, the worst attitude I have ever encountered
Came in to see the optometrist, Dr.Murmur, before the year ended. She arrived very late and then rushed through the exam like my time was worthless. They were dismissive, ignored my concerns, and explained nothing. The glasses I bought based on this exam didn’t even work, which says everything about how careless the appointment was. Completely unprofessional and not someone I would trust again.
