I’ve had really bad experiences with massage, where massage therapist don’t communicate what I need to do, like drinking water before and after massage or when I asked for a light pressure relaxing massage and they would do deep painful pressure massage. I have finally found a massage therapist that has listened to me and understood what I went through. This is the first time I was able to relax and enjoy a massage.
