Luke was very courteous and prompt. He helped us out with a last minute move out clean. Did a great job and was very helpful! Not sure why anybody would need anybody else!
Me and my family recently had an unsavory sewage leak experience at Shell Pointe Apartments. Luke went above and beyond to help. I want to sincerely thank him for his diligence and professionalism. He was the only person who seemed to truly prioritize my family and the seriousness of this situation. He has followed up every day since the initial incident, and his continued efforts are deeply appreciated. I wish i could leave 10 stars!!
