Took my baby for a wash here, convenience of all-hours operation is worth the extra couple bucks in my opinion. Wasn't too busy on a Friday at 11pm but not completely dead either. They had staff on site cleaning up after guests and I imagine if I had any problems they'd be able to help right away. My only complaint was the machine timed out before I finished my rinse so I did have to insert my card again and I know I'll see two preauth charges and have a minor heart attack later lmao. ***Read this review before you go to prism car wash*** This used to be a good car wash until recently. They changed their pre-soak or they watered down their pre-soak not sure what they’ve done. The clearcoat does not even smell or look like clearcoat, straight up water Washed my car for five minutes and I got charged nine dollars. It's $3 per minute at the pet wash - I paid $60 for a 20 minute pet wash - that's a scam... They were kind enough to negotiate a $40 refund in good faith, given there is no posted price anywhere... They promised the refund. I followed up twice. Now it's 1 month later and still I havent reiceved anything. Save your money, go somewhere that's better managed. Terrible.

Their hours of operation are incredibly convenient and I was pleasantly surprised by the suction power of the vacuums! 4 stars because, - there's no bathrooms 🚻 - no cash payment option - the card reader told me my card didn't exist lol

Very costly compared other near car wash available also service which provide dryer is worth less More than 20$ charge for self car wash Compared to other only 10 to 12$ max
