Very disappointing experience, worst customer service. I went to use the vacuum service, but it did not work on my first attempt. I tried again, and it still did not work. When I checked my account, I noticed I had already been charged $4 for a service I never received. I called the customer service number posted on the wall, and I was told to switch bays. I followed the instructions, but the vacuum in the other bay also did not work, and I was charged another $2. I was charged $6 total for a service I could not use. I req... read more

It used to be the best car wash in the city back when it opened 10 years ago. Now it turned into complete disaster. The convenience thing about it is the 24 hour. Other than that nothing else, wayyyy too pricey only credit card and unstable charges. Also a lot of weird people at night sitting in their car chilling there. I’ve been there plenty of times, great price, always a free bay! Love it I actually don’t go anywhere else honestly! Not sure where all these post about extra charges etc are coming from when I’ve always used my card and never had an issue and I was only charged for the amount of time I was actually using the wash!

The water has good pressure and all the equipment works perfectly. However, my only problem, I ended up paying 10 dollars where I can go somewhere, end up paying 3 to 5 dollars. You have to be well oriented to know where to find your need and fast enough to get the hose.

This was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. Prism Car Wash does not accept coins and instead forces a $15 pre-authorization, The soap brush didn’t work at all, yet the timer kept running, meaning I paid for a service I literally could not use. That alone is unacceptable. To make it worse, the vacuum suction is terrible — weak, poorly maintained, and completely Will never visit this place again
