I’ve been there plenty of times, great price, always a free bay! Love it I actually don’t go anywhere else honestly! Not sure where all these post about extra charges etc are coming from when I’ve always used my card and never had an issue and I was only charged for the amount of time I was actually using the wash!

It used to be the best car wash in the city back when it opened 10 years ago. Now it turned into complete disaster. The convenience thing about it is the 24 hour. Other than that nothing else, wayyyy too pricey only credit card and unstable charges. Also a lot of weird people at night sitting in their car chilling there. No more washrooms there every thing went downhill. The funny thing is the owners being aggressive towards bad reviews here instead of trying to take care of the facility. The water has good pressure and all the equipment works perfectly. However, my only problem, I ended up paying 10 dollars where I can go somewhere, end up paying 3 to 5 dollars. You have to be well oriented to know where to find your need and fast enough to get the hose.

I used to tell everyone about this car wash and gave it a good review all the time. now I can't even very quickly soap up the truck and rinse it off without it running out of time. what a complete rip-off $20 can't even get me basic soap and rinse anymore. that is unbelievable. prism no longer deserves a five-star rating. this is complete bs. I am so disappointed.

The car wash was disappointing. The vacuum was completely clogged with dirty hair and mud. While I was cleaning out their vacuum so I could even use it properly, a maintenance employee approached me and said her boss had sent her to inform me that I was not allowed to wipe my car there and that I should do it outside. The surprising part is that I hadn’t even started washing my car yet. It’s rather ironic to be told to follow the rules in a facility that clearly isn’t being properly maintained.
