Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m so glad I trusted Prism to replace my windshield. Even though he ran into some unforeseen obstacles with limited inventory and shipping mishaps outside of his control, John made sure to keep me up to date on the status and was super helpful when it came to pricing, insurance, and other services needed to complete the installation like calibration. John was very accommodating and didn't excellent work.
John was awesome! I called on a Saturday and he was able to get me in that next Monday. He was willing to work with my work schedule and was done in an hour. I would definitely suggest conducting business with John and Prism Auto Glass for any needs you might have.
OUTSTANDING work! The entire job was done well within an hour and was top-tier professional quality. I appreciate the fact that they will come out to meet you just about anywhere. Definitely a must if you're a Northwest employee or student. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. I've had my repaired windshield for 2 weeks now and have had no problems! For the price, it just can't be beat!
