I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment complex, and I would not recommend it. The staff were often late to work, which resulted in long waits without any solutions when problems arose. I also raised concerns about noise from neighboring units, but no effective actions were taken to address the issue. The lease terms were inconsistent. In addition to the points raised by Bryce Everett, I would like to highlight several issues that I find quite concerning: 1. Decision-Making Issues: Local management appears unable to make any decisions, often deferring to the corporate office. Unfortunately, there is a lack of response or action from the corporate office as well. 2. Apartment Condition Expectations: Even though tenants pay a monthly insurance fee for the apartment, they are still expected to return it in the same condition it was received. Cheaply constructed apartments suffer from noise issues due to inadequate soundproofing and proximity to fire station, truck stops and post office depot. Floods after heavy rain. Staff will gaslight you, so beware.
