Application denied. I have visited and called the property several times to speak with the leasing manager about the matter and told she's either in a meeting, not on site, or left early...every time. My credit score is solid and I make well above the required income requirements. I am a healthcare professional who recently passed the State of GA federal background check for work. Can someone from corporate respond as to why my application was denied?
I’ve been living here for a few months and absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance is amazing; work orders are usually completed the same day. There is always plenty of parking, and the apartments are beautiful and well-maintained. Payton has been especially wonderful; he’s extremely knowledgeable about the property and always goes above and beyond to help.

Living here wasn’t the best, wasn’t the worst. Always loud, and common areas were relatively dirty and unmaintained. The staff, while initially super friendly, were really hard to work with and lacked answers to any questions that were asked. Multiple times I would go to the leasing office to speak with someone and neither managers were ever there.
