Apartment was expected as shown from the pictures, wonderful communication from Payton through the whole move in process. He deserves a raise for dealing with how many time I called him. Despite moving 7.5 hours away down here, the process was simple and straightforward. I’d recommend these apartments to any Mercer student looking for a good community for studying and safety.

I just moved into this apartment complex and have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff (especially Payton) are extremely helpful and kind, my apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to move in, the complex itself is very secure, and parking is a breeze. I’ve lived in several apartment complexes and have never had such a positive experience! Very excited to live here and would highly recommend to others!
My experience with Prism23 was more than pleasurable. The staff, the price, the overall maintenance of the property was EXCELLENT at all times. I’ve lived in several apartment complexes and I can honestly say that Prism23 was the BEST!!!
