Richard and Prisco took great care of us, made sure everything was up and running correctly, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable with the machine and their service process.
I contacted Frisco for their drain and clean and valet hot tub maintenance service November 18th. I followed up seven times with emails and my phone and finally when I called the customer service line someone answered apologized and offered me two free valet services. Decent service while I was using them, but when I went to put it on hold while my tub was out of service for some back yard work, they kept charging me. I had to call 4 times (all of them I was told it would be refunded or that I would a call back from the manager) and emailed 4 times as well. It took over a month to get my money back and ridiculous frustration over something wasn't in dispute. Horrible.
Best decison I made was buying my hot tub from Prisco in Fairfield, CT. The high quality service and hot tub you’ll get is unmatched. I did a thorough research across other dealers and websites like Wayfair and Costco ane felt Prisco got me a better deal, service, and confidence in being first time hot tub owner. Great experience working with Prisco! Sales rep Joshua Reardon did a great job and was very responsive during the whole process. He worked with the moving crew on the location setup I needed, the electrician on hook-up, and he got me additional supplies for orientation. Highly recommend Prisco for your hot tub!
