Bad news. Told me I don't need a permit for my hot tub. Now I am selling the house and getting screwed. Also had a very bad service experience. Beware of these people.
This company is the worst. I ordered two parts for my hot tub. First thing they did over charge my credit card 175$. That took 9 days to get my money back. Then one of the two parts they sent me was defective. It was a pc board that would not work. I took a week calling and leaving messages and I was no where. I got smart, called and used the extension for new spas, at least here I got a live person. They tried to transfer me or take a message and continue to ignore me.
