I urge anyone contemplating becoming a customer of Prisco to think twice (or a dozen times) before doing so. Actually, I urge you to avoid the company entirely. Just wanted to say Thank you again to Linda and her team at Prisco Spas in Hawthorne NJ.I purchased my Hot Springs Hot Tub from them 3 months ago. I went there the other day to purchase chemicals for my Hot Springs Hot Tub. I was expressing to Linda how much my family and I were enjoying our Hot Tub. When I told her a few challenges I was having as far as my wife being on the shorter side and sitting very low in the tub. She recommended an inflatable booster seat that you fill with water. I highly recommend Prisco Spas & Pools in Hawthorne. Jason did a great job showing us all of our options in the showroom. Delivery went smoothly, Prisco provided all of the chemicals needed and Linda was able to walk us through set up over the phone so that we could immediately begin using our hot tub!

Bought my Hot Springs tub from Prisco Hot Tubs and it was definitely worth spending more money to have my tub during COVID season. Customer service team is amazing it all starts from Linda to Michelle and Cortrell with being so patient and answering all my questions. Buying a hot tub can be a confusing process but Jason and team have been great to ease the confusion and make sure we are enjoying it.
We just got our first hot tub from Jason at Prisco in Hawthorne. Jason has gone above and beyond for us, including phone calls to help with questions after store hours. Best customer service ever!!! The team in the store is amazing and very professional. Would highly recommend using them.
