I can’t say enough amazing things about Ms Velasquez and her entire staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The front desk staff is warm, efficient, and always goes out of their way to help with scheduling or insurance questions. Ms Velasquez herself is absolutely incredible. I haven’t seen Priscilla since she left the Family Clinic but, I’m anxious to start seeing her at this new location once she becomes a provider of UHC. I don’t know why it’s taking so long?
Was seeing Miss Velaquez for several years. I thought she was a great doctor. But then she moved. I was given her location by word of mouth. They said I had to register. It's been 8 months and no one has called me. Made several attempts to ask why I wasn't called. They said my name was on a list, but my insurance wasn't covered. But yet, I see she does take my insurance. If there was a reason for not taking me back as a patient, wouldn't it be proper to be given an explanation?
