Dr Ting is amazing. My wife and I both love her. She's always patient, answers all our questions, and is also the nicest doctor we've encountered through our whole IVF/pregnancy process. She never rushes us and takes her time to explain everything thoroughly. If you're looking for a trustworthy doctor who actually cares about you, look no further
This provider is completely uneducated in the pregnancy field. She has no answers for anything related to pregnancy and is not up-to-date on any pregnancy research. You leave with more questions than answers, which I have never experienced with a provider. She directs you to other providers since she is incapable of managing pregnancy care. It is truly concerning and Optum needs to look into this.
She is my daughter’s OB and my daughter just gave birth on March 11. Dr. Ting is so nice and patient. She knows how to comfort her patients when they are anxious. She was great through the whole my pregnancy. My daughter loves her.
