I have called countless times to make sure my Aunts paperwork be sent over to Maximus so she can get services it's been more then TWO weeks and they still don't have the forms. SOMEONE WILL DIE WAITING for anyone to do their job right!
Dr Sepi is one the best ! I'm so glad I have her for my P.C.P. She takes time to listen and shows concern.
