Customer service is great. Their arrangements are beautiful if you don't find what you're looking for. They will make an arrangement especially for you. I always go here to get my flowers.

Got ripped off! They sold me 6 rainbow roses for $40, when Quality Wholesale flowers in La Puente not too far from them had a dozen of the exact same roses for $40 as well. I was upset considering I could've gotten 6 more roses. Will never return to their place. Their leis were overpriced as well. Other places had them for $25, they sold them for $35. My wife called to place an order today, she was met with the rudest, most demeaning, completely unhelpful, and insulting excuse for an employee ever. The mouth-breathing, window licking employee refused to even attempt to look for a specific item....for a sympathy arrangement!!! After being insulted off the phone my wife called Flowers by Robert Taylor and after ten minutes she was able to place the order for the arrangement with the specific item she was looking for.
