She lost files, she failed to show up for hearings, and she even mixed clients up during trial! Still...she charges outrageous amounts of money with no clear accounting for money spent, earned, time, etc. Aside for all this she is shrill with a side of professional discredit to other lawyers. They laugh at her and enjoy the idea of meeting her in court to "beat up on Priscilla" they say. She is NOT a winner, only a taker.
Terrible lawyer....do not waste your time. She cost me everything.
Ms. Vaagen has been my attorney since 1998 when I hired her from a phone book ad for my divorce. I didn't know her and not heard of her previously. She did a great job with my divorce. After the divorce, my ex and I needed several modifications of child support and parenting plans for our two children. I hired her each time. She even represented me long distance when I was in the military and stationed overseas. Each time I needed a lawyer, I hired her. Priscilla is the best lawyer in spokane. I talked to 3 lawyers before I talked to her and she was the only one who could answer all my questions. She is really good at knowing what the judge is going to say. I dont know why she isnt a judge now. If she runs, I'm going to vote for her!
Priscilla is one of the best attorneys in Spokane. I had another lawyer before being referred to Priscilla and he was terrible by comparison. Priscilla is fast, aggressive, won't nickel-and-dime you to death, and most important: she WINS! If I ever need legal help again (don't know if I'll ever get married again) Priscilla is going to be the first person I call. Thanks Perky!
