I just had the most HORRIFIC experience at this office. I had a 1:30 appt and waited over an hour and still no Dr. The office was completely empty *it would have made more sense if there were many other patients. The staff was completely insensitive to my request to see the Dr. This was after 5 separate texts confirming my appt / and letting me know they'd charge me $25 if I miss the appointment. I had to Uber to and from ($40) which I'll never get back. Too many eye Drs. out there to deal with that
Amazing doctor. Super professional and she really care about her patients!! Her offices is amazing and her staff too!!! She has all the tools in her office to make her service more accurate!!! Recomiendo a la doctora Sotomayor es muy profesional, mi mamá es su paciente y esta feliz con los servicios de la doctora. Y las secretarías de su oficina son excelentes , el consultorio es súper limpio, y tiene todos los instrumentos en su consultorio
