I love my hair i was scared n skeptical at first because I didnt do my research but i got Medium (which look like small to me) knotless braids waist length for a good price. I was comfortable & they were so nice! Thank you so much il be back
This was easily my worst hair braiding experience. Do not waste your time or money going here. My hair looks a mess and the customer service was horrible. Three people worked on my head altogether and my head shows it. The parts are all different sizes. The ones down the front middle are skinny while the front sides are large and the back is huge. Prisca is amazing! My braids always come out neat, beautiful and the way I pictured them! I get compliments all the time on my braids !
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I booked an appointment online for medium length knotless braids. The price was set to be $260. I paid the required $39 deposit. I get here this morning for my appointment and I am told that what I want is actually going to be $400+ because they base their prices off of the braids on a hanger. I informed the worker that this was false advertisement and that it’s a deceptive business practice to lie about prices online for the purpose of people signing up.
