Had an appointment with their nurse after which I was advised to make an appointment to see a doctor, called in today to ask for one but told there weren't any. !!!!
People leaving bad reviews because of receptionists who are probably very rushed. This practice is very good with fantastic doctors nurses and other staff in my experience
Always get seen quickly & always treated with kindness and professionalism
Possibly the worst doctors surgery i have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Rude Staff, refuse to help or assist and offer the most inflexible service i have ever encountered through the NHS. I would recommend anyone with health issues to seek alternative assistance from another surgery.
Always had a great experience with this surgery. Easy to get through to compared to others and if anything they've pestered me regarding all the issues I have had to ensure the problems are resolved!!
