Overall, the care provider was thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Unfortunately, my experience with the nurse or medical assistant who brought me back for my appointment was extremely disappointing. She was rude, made no effort to introduce herself, and barely acknowledged my presence. There was no paper on the examination table, so I had to pull it down myself. Made an appointment easily online. No waiting. In and out quickly. APRN knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns.
