My care team was amazing. From the front desk, my intake and provider were all very friendly. I felt like I was part of their family. Clean facilities and professional treatment.
Woke up with a bad infection in my left cheek. Very swollen and painful. Made appointment online and was taken right in after filling out some paperwork. Staff very friendly, got my antibiotics called to my pharmacy immediately. Very pleased with my care here and would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.
the doctor was no help whatsoever. he kept interrupting me when i had questions because he could not answer them. i went in knowing and telling them what caused my symptoms and he just tried to blame it on snoring which i do not do or allergies. he did not give me a straight answer if i should go to the er or not. he was getting annoyed with me that i couldn’t open my mouth wide enough when i had just got my wisdom teeth out and have tmj and a small mouth to begin with. he did not even listen to my breathing and knowing i ha... read more
