Im sure the people are nice there but how does one branch (specifically off of tidwell and 45north ) do shared branching and this one doesnt?! What kind of B/S is that and theres no signage anywjere that say they dont ...never again going to this place.
This credit Union is not reliable nor dependable to do the financial payments for your creditors they will always be late they will never be on time the system will always go down you can never call anyone and talk to anyone it is a horrible credit Union a night mate credit Union it was better when it was the municipal Houston credit Union what happened. WOW.WILL TAKE MY MONEY OUT.

On hold for a hr Noone picks up can't do good business I went in and call while I was there they not busy man closing my account with them
Members Service is unresponsive to clients. Called multiple times and on hold 20-30 minutes. Leave voice mail still no customer service. Please bring back previous service under HMFCU.
